OTS’ facility in Concord Township, Ohio, is a 75,000 square feet production facility. This facility is vertically integrated covering all aspects of program management, raw material management, test, assembly, inspection, and shipping. This includes 10,000 square feet of fully temperature-controlled inventory and raw material storage space as well as a sophisticated inspection facility that includes standard measurement equipment as well as custom gages and fixturing developed and in place from previous torpedo-related programs.

OTS has acquired significant torpedo residual inventory from the original production program (and suppliers). OTS also manufactures additional components to support the U.S. Navy’s emergency needs. OTS maintains much of the tooling and test equipment used during the original torpedo production process.

The OTS team has experience and expertise in machining, paint/coatings, test equipment, tooling, electrical cables, metal fabrication, and plastic molding. We also offer reverse engineering to manage obsolescence.

Leveraging its size as a benefit, OTS can develop products from lab scale to full production efficiently. The engineering team guides a product through its entire lifecycle from development to repeat production.

OTS understands the importance of managing the flow of materials and product, from source to user, in a quality and timely manner. ISO 9001 procedures are in place to fully manage material flow, testing, Government Source Inspection, configuration management, packaging, shipping, and lifecycle customer support.
