OTS CAPABILITIES

Extensive Testing

With the use of intense pressure and deep water simulation, parts are tested for durability and strength under the roughest conditions to ensure the safety of our troops in the field.

CMM Precision

By utilizing state of the art CMM machines, measurements are taken on the X,Y, and Z axis’ to produce highly accurate measurements in a three dimensional space. This ensures the extreme accuracy down to the 1/300 mm providing the hyper-accuracy necessary for a perpetually transforming industry.

UUV

OTS leverages over 25 years of torpedo expertise to deliver proven, cost-effective solutions for Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUVs). With in-house capabilities for 21″ and 12.75″ systems, and extensive experience in harsh underwater environments, we offer ready-to-deploy components, precision manufacturing, and rapid prototyping. Backed by a legacy of engineering talent and robust production processes, OTS is equipped to support UUV development from design to delivery.

OTS brings over 25 years of expertise in designing, testing, and manufacturing of underwater shells, electromechanical assemblies, and rugged cables. These components are designed for extreme underwater environments and based on our long-standing support of torpedo propulsion systems. With proprietary high-pressure and high-temperature test chambers, including hot oil and environmental simulation test systems, OTS ensures component reliability under the most demanding conditions. Its molded cable assemblies, as well as complex electromechanical units, are engineered to perform under intense pressure, heat, and moisture. Leveraging both legacy, hands-on knowledge, and modern modeling, OTS excels in adapting proven torpedo technologies to new applications, including deep-sea exploration, UUV’s, and custom harsh-environment products. Certified to critical specifications, OTS is one of few commercial suppliers trusted to meet such stringent standards.
